1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

When you enquire or pay we collect your name, email address, phone number, chosen course, quote reference and payment amount. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details, payment is completed on the secure pages of our payment providers (Telr in the UAE, Razorpay in India), who are PCI DSS certified. We receive only a confirmation of payment and a reference.

3. What we use it for

We use your data to prepare quotes, process your payment, enrol you on your chosen Harvard Online course, send you receipts and enrolment confirmations, and provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Your enrolment details (name, email, course) are shared with Harvard Online to complete your enrolment. Payment references are processed by Telr or Razorpay as described above. We use reputable service providers for hosting and email delivery, bound by their own data-protection obligations. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

5. Where it is processed and how long we keep it

Data is stored on secured servers and retained for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal, accounting and audit obligations (payment records are typically kept for the period required by UAE and Indian law), after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. 7. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Payment-provider pages may set their own cookies necessary for fraud prevention and payment processing.
