This policy covers payments made to [IPMC LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. IPMC Education FZ-LLC], trade licence no. [LICENCE NUMBER], of [REGISTERED ADDRESS, Dubai, UAE] ("IPMC", "we"), for enrolment on Harvard Online courses purchased through this website. Payments are charged in UAE Dirhams (AED) for customers paying from the UAE, or Indian Rupees (INR) for customers paying from India, as shown before you pay.
If you cancel before we have submitted your enrolment to Harvard Online, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Enrolments are normally submitted within one business day of payment, so contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Once your enrolment has been submitted to Harvard Online, refunds are subject to Harvard Online's own drop and refund deadlines for your course session. If Harvard Online permits a drop with refund for your session, we will pass the refund on to you in full, less any non-recoverable payment-processing fees. If the drop deadline for your session has passed, we are unable to offer a refund, but we will work with you to transfer your place to a later session of the same course where Harvard Online allows it.
Duplicate payments, overpayments and payments made in error are refunded in full. Contact us with your payment reference and we will investigate within two business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method only, in the original currency, normally within 7–14 business days of approval. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
Email info@ipmc-international.com with your full name, payment reference (shown on your payment confirmation and receipt email), course name and reason for the request. We acknowledge all requests within two business days.
